Before we receive and archive your files, here are some kind reminders below for all designers and creators to understand possible situations during the printing process. We will inform each customer and confirm our reception of the print file.

Once the printing process begins, the designer or creator shall agree with the following terms and conditions, and O.OO™ will not be responsible for any error, omission, or inaccuracy in the printing results.
將檔案正式寄出前，提醒設計師和創作者，請確實瞭解所有的印刷資訊、檔案內容，並告知所屬的客戶。

一旦開始打印過程，下方提到可能發生的狀況將由設計師或創作者承擔，O.OO™ 將不承擔任何責任。
 
所有印件估價時會告知製作所需的工作天數， 正式工作天由付款後第二天開始計算。

Shipping

運送方式


We provide several shipping methods including mailing, self-pickup, and cash-on-delivery express shipping within Taipei City and New Taipei City.
郵寄、自取、台北地區急件可以快遞貨到付運費。



Print Testing Fee

試印收費方式


Printing less than 10 pages of the same file is charged as “testing.” The testing fee is 100 NTD per color regardless of the paper size, not including services of positioning and trimming. For print testing, we only offer papers from our studio’s stock.
同一份檔案印量在10張以下時，將以試印方式計價，試印費用為1色 100元不分尺寸、不對位、不裁切，並且只能使用工作室現有紙材。


Print Proofing

看印、打樣


Since Riso ink requires 1-2 days of drying time, we cannot offer same-day pick-up. A print proof can be available in 1-3 working days, depending on the number of colors used.

If you are unavailable to make an appointment with us, we can send photographs of the work via email for online proofing.
由於印刷需要等乾時間，所以我們不接受當日取件。

如有需看打樣，則須根據用色量，最快隔日或是3天內另外預約時間看樣或拍照以Email方式做確認。


Roller Marks

滾輪印


Marks from the printer's feed roller may appear when the papers are passed more than twice, which also happens in double-sided printing. To remove roller marks, gently rub them with an eraser. However, do not try this on printed areas, as the ink could be erased, too.
通常印刷成品若發現滾輪印，都可以用橡皮擦輕輕擦拭掉，但切勿在有印刷的圖面上擦拭，否則油墨容易被擦掉。


Double Sided Printing

When printing on both sides of the paper, we recommend using papers with greater thickness. Also, since printing with darker colors may cause “bleeding” (when the ink soaks through to the other side of a piece of paper), we recommend not using more than 4 colors on either side of the paper.
雙面印刷時，請選擇磅數較高的紙張，印製顏色較深的油墨時容易透至背面，建議同一面套色不要超過4色。


Print Misregistration

印刷位置偏移


Since Risograph printing requires manual paper-feeding, it is inevitable to see color misregistration when using two or more colors.
由於RISO印刷過程為手送紙，所以當套色超過2色以上時，疊色位置會有偏差，而且是一定會發生！

Risograph printing uses soybean ink and rice bran oil ink, so the color performance usually varies, depending on the paper’s texture and quality of ink absorption. In particular, printing colors in larger areas or on paper with uneven surface texture, the result may look speckled.
由於印刷時使用的是大豆或米糠油墨，所以印刷出來的顏色呈現，會根據紙張表面的紋理深淺以及紙張的抓墨性而有所不同 ，尤其印大色塊時，在不平整的紙材上，容易有斑駁的感覺。
